Where an account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity, ong918 may treat the account as dormant. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ong918's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. ong918's total aggregate liability in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
